These terms govern your use of defencetechjobs ("the Site"), operated by Andro Mathewson. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

What the Site is

defencetechjobs is an editorially curated list of job openings at European and Ukrainian defence-tech startups. We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employment intermediary. We do not collect, process, or transmit applications. All applications go directly to the hiring company.

Accuracy of listings

We make a reasonable effort to verify listings before publication, but we do not guarantee that every listing is current, accurate, or that the hiring company is suitable for any individual applicant. Always verify role details directly with the hiring company.

No employment relationship

Browsing or applying to a role via defencetechjobs creates no relationship between you and us. Your relationship is entirely with the hiring company. We are not a party to any employment, consulting, or contractor agreement that may result.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to scrape, copy, or systematically collect listings without permission; impersonate others; submit false information; or interfere with the Site's operation.

Editorial discretion

We reserve full editorial discretion over what we list and what we decline to list. We may decline or remove any listing without explanation, including but not limited to companies whose primary business is selling to actively-sanctioned regimes or whose operations have been credibly tied to violations of international humanitarian law.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, code, original editorial content, and curation decisions are the property of the operator. Job listings reference publicly available roles posted by the listed companies; we make no proprietary claim to those roles.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the Site, reliance on any listing, or any interaction with a listed company.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
